"For this exhibition, my contribution consists of two intricate golden skulls, meticulously crafted from sewing thread. These artworks delve into the juxtaposition between fragility and permanence, using thread—a material often associated with repair and connection—to create an image that symbolizes mortality. The golden hue elevates the skull from a symbol of decay to one of reverence, reflecting both the preciousness of life and the enduring nature of death. By transforming a familiar motif into something delicate yet resilient, these pieces invite contemplation on the connections between life, death, and the threads that bind us to both."
